The End is not the End.
I'm now sitting at a desk back in my home state of Florida. Finally I have time to sit! Looking back at my last day on the job, I realized what a great opportunity I really had. The morning consisted of blogging and updating the Pinterest but that was about the only part of my day that was consistent. The rest of the day was anything from driving to a client's home to printing brochures at Kinko's to rendering a floor plan. There was always something to do.
As I move back to my last semester of college, I cannot wait to show off what I have learned from American & International Designs. One of the greatest skills I achieved (although I thought was never teachable) was organization. Books, swatches, notes and binders can pile up before you know it, but it's important to know which client goes where and with which swatch, note, binder and book. It really was one of the best experiences of my life and I hope to see everyone again who made the trip so enjoyable!
