Chinatown Project - Phase One

We are currently working on a sustainable medical office building in the heart of Chinatown NYC. The plan is to use eco-friendly materials throughout the design. We will be tracking our journey on this blog - stay tuned for more reveals as the project progresses!

PHASE ONE - "Nuts" and Bolts
The ceiling has been stripped down and is waiting for the copper materials we will be using to line it. The copper will keep with the eco-friendly theme and add a bit of sheen to the space.

These wall tiles are made of reclaimed coconut shells - eco-friendly at its best! They have low VOC resins with a sustainably harvested wood backer. The texture and rich color of these tiles sets a warm, inviting backdrop welcoming professionals and patrons alike.

Coconut tiles come in an array of patterns and color combinations including light, dark and mixed textures. They can be used as decorative tiles or as panels. And coconut shell tiles make for a great conversation starter!
