A Palm Beach Afternoon
One of my favorite places to visit in Palm Beach is The Breakers. Traveling up the drive to this majestic oasis embraces the senses with fresh greenery, floral perfumes and the promise of an ocean view. And the eyes can't escape the beautiful architecture and grace of this fabulous resort.
The magnificent, grandly appointed corridor leads to a terrace that overlooks the ocean. This space never ceases to inspire me. The ceiling detail dotted by the crystal chandeliers is breathtaking and the pink circular settees are opulent in their details.

Being pulled away is difficult, but rewarding. Off the enchanting walkway is one of my favorite restaurants, The Seafood Bar. A table for two offering a magnificent view of ocean traffic from sailboats to yachts is waiting. The shrimp and lobster salad and a delicious glass of wine top off a great lunch enjoyed with my husband and serve as a prelude to shopping on the famous Worth Ave of Palm Beach.
