All patriot, all artist, Scott LoBaido had us hooked at 'O, say can you see...' with his patriotic, large-scale interpretations of the red, white and blue. His recent journey to repaint and refurbish some of his 50 flags across America had us thinking of the stars and stripes this Memorial Day and what it really means.
