Unique Tables by Peter Sandback

This was a fantastic ICFF find and I look forward to using some of Peter Sandback's work in my future designs.  Peter creates dot inlay on tabletops, based off of picotage fabric patterns from the early 20th century that he transposes to paper then follows as a pattern drilling holes and gluing nails into them.  Then through careful cutting, sanding and shellacking a designed piece emerges. It is a remarkable process and an even more incredible finished product.  Most of these wonderful pieces are coffee or end tables - which would make a perfect conversation piece in any gathering space.
